So we’re excited to give you guys some more advice on how to grow your personal brand through your social media platforms. One of the key components for an Instagram profile is the visual/look. Why do you think the visual part of your profile feed is so important? Really? Umm. DUH! This is one of, if not the most, important ingredients to help you grow your brand via Instagram. The visual of a profile is the first thing your audience will notice when visiting your page and subconsciously the look of your profile will determine if people click that “follow” button or not. Well...we want to help you get that “follow” click.
One of the most proficient (and fastest) ways to gain followers on Instagram is to establish an aesthetic or theme. IG themes are a cohesive style/look that runs throughout your entire Instagram profile. When it comes to visually branding your Instagram feed, the key is that once you decide on an aesthetic, you stay consistent.
What we mean by this is a cohesive look that will help attract new followers, up your engagement, and will help you to create a more recognizable lifestyle of your brand.

1. Quality over Quantity.
Listen, don’t just post some crap just to say that you posted content. Make sure that content is of QUALITY. Give them a reason to actually engage and potentially gaining you a new follower. So just like there is no one road to success, there is no one way to creating a consistent theme your profile. A lot of people think that having a theme means every picture needs to look the same. NAH! We used to think that a color scheme is the only way to creating an aesthetic theme for a profile. WRONG! Instead, it’s more about focusing on an overall story. Don’t feel like you have to stick to “rules”. There are no rules. You make your own rules. The secret to making a beautiful theme is to love what you share and stick to a style.
3. Be Consistent, B-E Consistent.

Being consistent with the type of content you share, the look of your photos and the frequency you post helps your followers get a sense of your business and connect with you. Once you decide on an aesthetic for your IG, make sure to stay consistent to it. Consistency is key.
